Pinched pimple: Will go away. How long? I would recall the last time you did this and how long it took. Should be about the same. Everyone is different.

I would not do it again unless you want to do another healing test on yourself.

Injection: For single acne cysts, injection with intralesional kenalog (triamcinolone) and a course of oral antibiotics help clear the lesion more quickly. See a dermatologist.

When you pop pimples: you can cause a scab and a scar. You need to see a dermatologist but temporarily the topical bandaid duoderm can help

Antibiotic ointment: Given that it is raw you should keep it protected with antibiotic ointment. There is no "speed healing" of a raw skin spot unfortunately.  Best of luck!

Min.Trauma&amp;KillBact.: Crucial: minimizing skin trauma (the problem with popping pimples, esp. when not done with great care/sophistication/aseptic technique) while also suppressing growth of bacteria inducing the pimple in the first place &amp; all the many bacteria always living on the skin &amp; in pores. At this point, washing gently/thoroughly with soap/water, applying Neosporin Cream (neomycin and polymyxin b) (not ointment) &amp; bandaid daily best.

Will not go away: If this scar is deep it will probably not go away. You could see a plastic surgeon or a dermatologic surgeon to discuss your options.

Manage long-term: You're an adult and you need to manage your acne. If topical benzoyl peroxide hasn't cleared you in two weeks (an alternative is retinoic acid), get with your personal physician for help. Acne is a serious, chronic, non-lifestyle related disease that isn't pleasant to manage, but can be kept at bay until it remits on its own. I was able to stop using meds around age 50.

Increased redness, swelling and pain, especially when combined with the appearance of pus indicates an infection that should be evaluated by a primary care physician.
