No: I am not sure i fully understand your question, but there is not typically any connection between a pimple and the spine.  A pimple is a very superficial problem usually involving the dermis and the epidermis, the spine is much deeper than that and is deep to the para spinal muscles and so the two are usually not connected.

Not Usually: Pain is a subjective experience.  However, it would be rare for a pimple to cause a lot of pain no matter where it is.  You should get this checked out by your doctor.

Cyst or carbuncle?: Could be a sebaceous cyst or a soft tissue abscess, carbuncle. Get it looked at!

Skin infection : Pimples and boils are common. They can be treated with antibiotic creams, oral antibiotics or a procedure to drain them

Check it out: I would suggest having it looked at. The location is suggestive of pilonidal dimple/sinus. Typically it is near the tail bone--sacral area.
If painful, infection has to be considered.
