Reactive Skin: Without seeing the lesions on the penis here are the most common situations that this could be:
1. Abrasions from too much or too dry of friction with the sexual activity
2. Staph infection secondary to number 1.
3. Allergic like reaction to lube, latex or anything else used with the sexual activity.

The desire for sex is part of that but sex itself is not to blame for this common skin malady.

Brown: discharge usually represents "old " blood (???trauma during sex)....The pimples are unrelated!
