When you are ill: It sure sounds like you are ill.  You have a series of symptoms that do not fit one pattern.  Based upon the variety of your symptoms i believe you need to be seen by your family physician soon. 

However, if the neck stiffness worsens or if you have a fever you need to be seen urgently.

May be: There is no consistency to symptoms of HIV. None of the tests is 100% at three weeks. In about 12 weeks, you should get a test of HIV nucleic acids, if negative, it will essentially rule out HIV infection.

Swollen lymph nodes!: You should carefully monitor those lymph nodes. If they increase in number or size or pain or anything else then go to your doc and have him send you to a surgeon for a biopsy right away. If they go away on their own, great!

Shingles?: Best to see a doctor.  There could be many causes of your situation. The possibilities range from an allergic reaction (do you wear a metal necklace) to a systemic problem like shingles. I doubt the later but best to seek medical evaluation.

Mollusca? : Could be a virus called mollusca contagiosum. See your doctor for confirmation and treatment.

Rash: Since the rash is limited to your back and if it is on both sides of the spine, it could be a type of heat rash. A viral rash like shingles stays on one side only. Have a physician examine you if the rash persists or spreads.

i'm using lotromin on my newborns neck creases to treat yeast infection. is it supposed to look worse? he has pimple like rash and looks like spreadin

Maybe not fungus: Newborns have a lot of adjusting to do to extra uterine life.  One of them is skin adaptation. Are you doing this treatment on your own or under a pediatrician's advice?  Neck crease rashes are usually seborrhea, not a fungus.  Check with your pediatrician for proper attention to her skin.
