Same thing, almost: There is not a whole lot of difference between the two. Pimple starts as blockage of pores of follicles and goes to inflammation. Folliculits starts as bacterial infection of the follicle. They end up with a similar result. You may consult this site for home remedies:

Acne scars: I'm sorry it wasn't treated effectively and you got scarring. A dermatologist can treat these if you wish, making the scars less visible with injections, laser treatment, microsurgery or dermabrasion. Or you can be like some hollywood stars (jet li, sean connery, noah emmerich) who kept them to look tougher. It's your choice.

Have it seen.: It could be tinea a fungal type infection. Eczema is a possibility.

Yes: it is caused by Staph. Aureus. Most people do not have this germ on their skin. It can cause boils/pimples with any break in the skin.
ON THE OTHER HAND, hairline and nose are places for acne rather than boils. And different germs are involved with that than in folliculitis. So, while folliculitis is contagious (as folliculitis or as boils) it is NOT contagious as acne and YOU probably don't have

after shaving my beard i always get some red pimples on my neck "submandibular area".my friend advice me to use fucidin cream.is it useful for my case?

Maybe not.: Fucidin is for bacterial infection. If you develop (bacterial) folliculitis after shave,  Fucidin might help. 
But if you have an irritation from razor blade, cortisone cream might do a better job. 
Or you may have a condition called pseudofolliculitis(caused by ingrown hair), a chronic stubborn problem, you'd better seek for dermatologist help, it's a little complicated(to treat).

Nope.: Acne is caused by abscesses in the hair follicles and glands of the skin. However, the hair follicle is the location rather than the cause. Keeping the beard clean and routine skin care can help, as can a board certified dermatologist.

ACNE: The hair or beard causes irritation and sweating on the face. The hair follicles gets infected, comedones appear so you will need antibiotic cream to apply like cleocint lotion, Erythromycin or perzagel and take oral antibiotic.
