Ear: Could be that the infected pimple has spread to that area of the ear. I would get this checked out as soon as possible. Go to an ER if need be

Bump behind ear: This could represent a cyst.  it is best to have it evaluated by your doctor as we can not see it or examine it on health tap.

Irritation  follicle: Earlobe pimples are usually caused by an irritation around a hair follicle that causes accumulation of pus.  Generally, it may be due to either pressure on the earlobe ( hats, earphones, etc) or a chemical irritation such as hairspray, gel, etc.  At times they form without any cause.

Hot soaks: Apply warm to hot (be careful) wet packs to this every 2-3 hours for 15-20 minutes.  It should gradually come to a head and open and drain.  If it doesn't you may have to visit your local doctor.

Bump: that is probably you anterior auricular lymph node. Enlarged because of a zit on your face or scalp close by. Should go away by itself once the offending are clears.

See below: Inclusion cysts are common in earlobe.  Occasionally they get infected.  See ENT doctor for treatment.

Cyst: Its probably a cyst.  These often need to be surgically drained and then removed.

Scar tissue: Most likely if not red or tender (try not to squeeze!)  If it gets larger or red it may need to be seen by a doctor, meanwhile wash gently, pat dry and keep hair clean.  A pimple will clear in a few days.

: Ask as often as you want. Facts do not change. Cancer is at the bottom of the list of possibilities. These are often just small cysts formed from trapped secretions in the glands at the base of hairs that sometimes grow from that site. Get it checked if you wish but I would not loose sleep over it. It may go away on its own.
