You can't: Other than drinking water in an attempt to dislodge food, there's really nothing you can do.  Area requires special instrumentation and training to access.  Consider ER or seeing an ear/nose/throats specialist.

Not from vallecula: The vallecula is a gutter between the epiglottis and base of tongue that is covered with the lingual tonsils.  The palatine tonsils sit just lateral to, the vallecula.  Tonsil stones are usually from actinomyces bacteria from the mouth that get into crypts in the tonsils and could spill into the vallecula.  Normal swallowing should be able to clear the vallecula.

Tonsils: Its not "lateral" its lingual tonsils and depending on your age, may be normal. We have tonsils or lymphatic tissue at the base of our tongue which is the vallecula, where the epiglottis and tongue meet. The question is why did you have a CT scan?This is why inappropriate tests leads to unnecessary anxiety. Also, you should have never been given the result of test by anyone but the ordering doctor
