How'd you get them?: "cure" depends on whether the original cause for hemorrhoids persists.  Have you been straining at stool, have rectal dysfunction, perform an activity that increases pelvic engorgement with blood or increases pelvic pressure (heavy lifting, prolonged sitting, etc.)?  Have you tried to manage your hemorrhoids before surgically or medically (& with otc or prescription drugs)? Lots to consider here.

Diet and fluids: Since you are not clear whether these are internal or external 'piles'  whether they are thrombosed, or bleeding, the best i can offer is warm tub soaks, hi fiber diet and drink 80 - 100 oz of non caffeinated, non alcoholic fluid daily. If they do not improve make an appointment with a local colorectal surgeon for complete evaluation.

BTW SITZ BATHS in hot water could be very helpful in reducing pain and helping resorption of any clotted blood!

Hemorrhoids: From your part, make sure your stool is never hard or you are constipated. Drink adequate amount of water, diet should have more fiber, more vegetables, fruits; avoid fried/fatty food.
