Autoimmune: Hi. Vitiligo is the autoimmune destruction of the pigment producing skin cells, the melanocytes. No melanocytes, no pigment.

You should go see: a sex therapist as this is not a functional or physiological problem.  It is a psychological issue.  The foreskin itself does not have much function other than help to augment the sensory stimulation of the shaft and head of the penis.

Not from pregnancy.: Pregnancy usually increases pigmentation.  Loss may be due to vitiligo, a chronic gradually progressive loss of pigment.

i have pigmentation loss on my face from a chemical burn using a face wash, i used it for 2 months and gradually my skin got lighter in certain areas, im going to see a dermatologist but what can i use to help the pigment return?

: Sometimes what looks like lighter patches of skin may actually just be dry areas. Try using an oil free moisturizer for a few days to see if that changes the appearance of the skin. If the areas are truly depigmenting, there may be additional causes such as fungal infection. At that point you should seek help from a dermatologist.

is it possible to fix hypopigmentation caused by co2 laser resurfacing? i'm thinking about getting co2 laser treatment for my wrinkles, but i have dark skin. pigmentation loss would be really obvious. if it happens, would there be a way to fix it?

While : While I do not perform this type of procedure in my practice, I have heard of a classification of substances called psoralens which, when coupled with uv light, has been used to treat conditions such as vitiligo. I do not know if it is applicable to post-co2 hypopigmentation problems. Obviously, makeup is the safest option and one wouldn't  pursue a medication option unless under the guidance of an experienced physician with knowledge of that treatment.

when soft my foreskin goes back n forth no bother.when erect it doesn't retract as easily and tends to stick behind the head until i go soft again???

That is normal...: What described about your foreskin could be just normal &amp; unique for you. A direct look at by experienced eyes like urologists', will surely answer your question. Nevertheless, without a look at, it may represent a long yet marginally tight opening of the foreskin. In life reality, it would be best to leave it alone with no bother as long as being comfortable despite the look as described.

Not ...: Foreskin adhering to sulcus coronaris and corona doesn't represent the occurrence of paraphimosis, but resulting from chronic inflammation or  uncommon adhesion after circumcision. More? Ask Doc timely for confirmation.
