Yes: Sometimes a tooth colored bonding can be 'patched up' but often the entire filling has to be redone. The same holds true for an amalgam filling. In most cases, it's best to replace the entire filling or consider another more permanent option when it occurs often or becomes problematic.

Pregnancy possible: You could be pregnant due to leaving the condom in after sex.   You might notice you have vaginal odor due to having the condom in for an extended period of time. See a doctor if you have vaginal discharge. Do a home pregnancy test if you are 4-5 days late with your next period.

Slow down!: The hamburger won't kill you typically, but it's not a good practice. First, aspirating can be dangerous or even deadly. Second, eating fast may contribute to obesity.

Try this: You can try numbing her earlobe with ice and once it's numb you can try using a sterile tweezer or some other device to get the back out. If that's not successful you need to see a doctor and have them do it.
