my feces contain blood both liquid and gelatineous i do have some form of hemorrhoids (i can touch a lump but it does not hurt) is it just hemorrhoids or colorectal cancer? (i do have a picture of the feces.?

Exam NOW appropriate: You have localized your problem to the peri-anal area. The "circle mass" you describe (sorry, we can't see the picture you posted) is worrisome, &amp; by your description does NOT sound hemorrhoidal (hemorrhoids are typically not circumferential).  Please ask your doctor to examine the area ASAP.

Anal problem: from the tiny picture   it looks like an external hemorrhoid.   They may come and go depending on how much straining you are doing.     Hemorrhoids are  varicose veins that occur in the rectum.   They can be painful and can bleed.    I would try an over the counter hemorroidal cream.   If it continues you should be see.    Sorry the picture I can see is very small.

Risk Factors?: Factors that impact hemorrhoids include: straining w bowel movements, pregnancy, obesity, sitting on the toilet for a long time, aging, heredity, constipation, or over-use of laxatives/ enemas. Just being in an upright position puts pressures on the veins that form hemorrhoids.

Varicose veins: Hemorrhoids are merely varicose veins at the opening of the anus.  Pregnant women have an increased blood volume, and the veins in the pelvis become distended with blood.  This includes the veins that surround the rectum and anus.
For many women, the effect of bearing down with pushing during delivery makes hemorrhoids worse, but most resolve after delivery, but it may take several weeks.

Yes: External and internal hemorrhoids are aggravated by straining and poor bowel habits.  As long as you keep your stools soft and avoid prolonged straining, your hemorrhoids should not be aggravated by taking clomid (clomiphene).

Fiber!: Start taking metamucil, or an equivalent fiber supplement 2-3 times per day.  Your stools will be softer and do less harm during bms, which might reduce your hemorrhoids.  This doesn't always work though, so if you're suffering, or you have bleeding, it's best to seek medical care.
