Anti fungal : Why do you think it's a yeast infection? If it is, most anti fungal creams and sprays will work. However there are many things which can cause itching redness and skin changes. You should see your doc.

Anti-yeast cream: Yeast in the naval area = ringworm...But make sure you have the correct diagnosis. Topical antifungal creams are often adquate, but severe cases may require oral medication.
Keep areas clean and dry to minimize recurrence..

i'm really itchy under my breasts and on the top of my thighs. can i have yeast infection under my breasts but can that spread to only my thighs?

Yes and yes.: Ringworm or candida infections can be spread from one place to another, if those places stay warm/ moist/ airtight.  Dry skin or bacterial suprainfections can do the same thing.  I would consider using miconazole or monistat cream in the folds under your breasts until the itching is gone.  Then use a desiccant cream like Desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) to keep the area dry so the yeast won't grow back.

i have chronic subcutaneous cysts under both breasts each time cyst comes and pops a yeast infection follows any suggestions? have had surgery in past

Powder: Try an anti-fungal powder under the breasts to try and prevent recurrent fungal infections.  It's also important to keep the area dry and avoid skin on skin if possible (use cotton or wicking fabric between breast and chest wall)

YEAST under breasts: Yeast (candida)  thrives in moist places where there is skin-on-skin (yeast intertrigo) e.g. Under the breasts, other skin folds. The best prevention is keep these areas dry with powder or medicated powders. Also topical anti-fungals will help clear up the irritating rash.  Yeast rashes seem to more prevalent with warmer weather, too  hope you are better!

Yeast: OTC  antiyeast creams or ointments like mycostatin (nystatin) should be effective.

i have a yeast infection under my breasts the dr. gave me ketoconazole cream i am out can i use miconazole cream will it do the same ?

Should be OK: Hopefully the yeast infection has improved on ketoconazole, and switching to Miconazole should be fine. They are quite similar in their antifungal properties. If you do notice, however, that the rash starts to worsen on miconazole, i would get a new prescription of the ketoconazole.

Intertrigo: "Yeast infection" is not a true infection. There may be a proliferation of yeasts as well as other microorganisms, but the basic situation is sweating and chaffing. Anti inflammatory such as hydrocortisone + azole such as miconazole cream are very effective therapy in addition to ventilation and a shower. Avoid scrubbing.

Intertrigo: A minimal yeast infection can occur in this area . Try a little Monistat cream
