Sensible Weight Loss: Ofthe the most effective way to lose weight is to cut back on how much you eat rather than drastically trying to change your diet. Trade 1 soda a day for water, or eat fruit for dessert instead of cake. Also moderate exercise (park a little further away so you have to walk or climb the steps instead of using an elevator) can also have a big impact. Small changes are easier to make & keep doing.

SHE SHOULD.: Even picky eaters can have adequate nutrition, although it is much harder.  Limit some of her favorites, and find substitute that are not totally dissimilar in tastes.  Protein intake, very important.  I hope her favorites are not potatoes, noodles, and fruit juices.  Remember, you can always "hide" nutritious foods in a casserole type dish.  Good luck! a pediatric mutlivitamin should be given to.

Nutrient deficiency?: Anemia is a lack of red blood cells.  To make red cells, your body needs iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid.  It is unusual to be deficient is B12 or Folic Acid due to dietary choices because so many foods contain B12 naturally or are supplemented with folate.  Iron deficiency can occur, especially in a premenopausal woman, if you don't eat red meat, dark green, leafy vegetables or supplements.

is it necessary or better to give toddler after 12 month a toddler formula milk. if he doesn't have difficulty or picky from eating solid food.?

No: After age one it is ok to range to regular milk, almond, rice. Hemp or even coconut milk. Children do not need more than 16 oz  of milk a day after age one. If your child is a good eater then the toddler formula is not necessary or better than a regular diet.

Reward eating more types of foods when you decide to begin shaping his behavior. As he begins to appreciate new foods you can use bribes less. King kid does not need to rule the household but it doesn't require a fight either.

If your child has no other symptom and she behaves as usual, nothing to worry at this point.
