Alcohol: Depends on how much.  If this was a few sips it is highly unlikely to be a problem. Some authors believe a glass of wine for example is not a problem.  Physiologically your liver should metabolize the alcohol at a rate to prevent harm to child. Excess alcohol is another problem and is definite harm to the child.

Depends: On how much you drank and how much liver damage you have.  Have you seen an md to get diagnosed? Water and cranberry juice won't hurt but will not help. Time and no alcohol is your best bet. See an md to get checked.

Interactions: Trazodone is a sleep medicine and alcohol puts you to a sleep harder so it makes sense to avoid them in combination.  Grapefruit has a famous interaction with many medicines because they have compounds called furanocoumarins that inhibit proteins including cyp3a4 and p-glycoprotein.  This results in unpredictable effects on many other medications, and trazodone is broken down by cyp3a4.

Depends: if you are usually a hard drinker: for sure- the newer drug testing is quite specific

: It is never a good combination. The narcotic and the alcohol will have an additive effect and so she will be drunk quicker. So best to stop the drinking.

Most : Most urine monitoring tests for alcohol are based upon detection of ethylglucuronide (etg), which reportedly reveals alcohol use up to three-and-a-half days from the time of the urine collection.   It is used to monitor alcohol consumption in individuals who are legally prohibited from drinking alcohol by the justice system or restricted from drinking by their employers.  However the test is controversial in that it may in fact, be too sensitive and led some to question the accuracy of the etg test with concern over the possibility of false positives

often individuals ingest alcohol innocently, this is called incidental alcohol exposure, from foods (including desserts) cooked with or containing alcoholic beverages, foods containing significant amounts of vanilla extract, wine vinegar, soy sauce, mouthwashes containing alcohol, over the counter medications including cough syrup, prescription drugs containing ethanol (caplets, elixirs, etc), â€œalcohol-freeâ€ beer and wine, skin exposure to ethanol where vapor can be inhaled, hand sanitizers containing high concentrations of ethanol, deodorant sprays, cosmetics, insecticides

given that fermentation of orange juice or use of vanilla in the honey BUN may have contributed to the test result, i suspect that you will have grounds to question the validity of the test results.

Hello. : Hello. You said you felt like you ovulated. If you want to become pregnant, guessing at time of ovulation is likely to be ineffective. There are ovulation predictor charts on line that you can just download to use. If you seriously want to become pregnant, recommend that you stop drinking alcohol and that you take prenatal vitamins (to ensure that  you are getting enough folate).
