Depends : pinched nerves in the neck my affect the arm on the side of the nerve root compression. Symptoms may include shooting pain from the neck to the arm, forearm and/or hand. A pinched nerve In the low back may cause similar symptoms affecting the leg on the side of the affected nerve.  In sever cases, weakness of the extremity may also happen which is an emergent issue.

Nerve problem?: Nerve problems often cause numbness, tingling, burning or weakness.  If you have these symptoms, it is suspicious for a nerve problem.

Spasms often are related to muscles, but not necessarily nerve.  Does movement make the problem worse?  Consider your calf and hamstring muscles too.

Neck pain: You most likely have a pinched nerve originating from the left side of your neck between the 5 and 6th cervical vertebrae. Best to see your family doctor to get this treated.

Disc herniation: It looks like muscular pain [trapezius muscle groups] prob secundary to disc disease in the lower cervical/upper thoracic spine.

Back pain: In most cases, a pinched nerve will cause pain that radiates into an extremity.  If your pain is isolated to your back then it is unlikely to be a pinched nerve.  Back pain is a nonspecific complaint which could be caused by any number of things such as degenerative disc, sprain, etc.  Most back pain resolves on its own within a short period, so if your pain is persistent then see a physician.

while i touch left and right testicle i feel some difference in size and the right testicle have few nerves  joinings than left one?

yes: A small difference in testicle size is normal. A varicocele or prior trauma may result in a larger difference in testicular size.  A mass in a testicle may also make one testicle larger than the other.  If this last scenario is the case, you should visit with your doctor.

i've had falls since my left lrfa, dr say he went deep in muscle&muscle is laying on nerve& will get better in 3w but he did no test, is this right?

Yes: It comes down to anatomy (where the nerve enters the muscle vs the incision site) Swelling will take a while to die down. Denervation due to nerve injury would not be detectable by EMG until 2 weeks minimum has lapsed.
Swelling associated with the injury and subsequent surgery would preclude getting a good look  with MRI for some time. You can isolate the nerves in surgery.

A jumping nerve: What do you mean by a jumping nerve?  Do you mean you have a feeling of throbbing?  Does it bother you when you chew or open and close your mouth?  Can you feel it with your fingers?

Hard to know, but this is probably not serious.  A lot depends on how you describe the symptoms.

Conservative therapy: I would recommend pain medication as necessary, anti-inflammatories, and Exercise therapy as first line approaches.
