why does my head pound whenever i use my phone, sit up or stand up?

Doctor can evaluate: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc. Over-the-counter options include Tylenol or Motrin and their generic brands, but are for temporary use. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or one that won't go away needs to be examined by a doctor.

No: A cell phone is light and shouldn't cause major damage. Follow up for any unusual behavior, vomiting or any swelling that looks more than a bruise. All the best.

Depends : Are you dehydrated???  Have you felt this way before?   Do you have a headache?  Numbers or weakness?  Head trauma?     Fever?  Other symptoms?

if my phone slipped from a very small distance and hit my 2 month old in the side of the head (not near ss or temple) should i be worried?

Head Injury: I would just watch closely. Is the child crying or inconsolable? If they vomit in the first 24 hours then this becomes an emergency. If the child is acting normally then i doubt there is much to worry about.

Head injury: So if it was just a little mark and it is gone, the baby is probably ok. I would suggest having it checked out, though, because he's so small. Definitely see a doctor if he starts vomiting, sleeping more, or behaving differently.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, from what you described there may have been bleeding in the tissue. You may watch and wait. If the symptoms are getting better, let it heal naturally. If the pain worsens, swelling increases, skin breaks down or you get a fever, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

why do my ears ache while  doing cardio? i am not using head phones

Perhaps...: This may be due to different things in different people. Possibly due to decreased blood flow to the ears in some after exercising. Others may have a phenomenon known as Eustachian Tube Dysfunction causing sensation of fullness due to pressure changes brought about with exercise. While nothing can be done about the first, for the 2nd, trying holding nose and gently blowing to clear your ears.

No meds: I would really focus more on finding out why this is happening.  Not sure if a phone malfunction could be causing this or is it a medical issue you are facing.  Anyway, I think you should speak with your doc about this.
