Manage: Generally you can manage arthritis rather than "cure" it.  If it is isolated to a joint & severe enough, a joint replacement could cure it if that joint is replacable.  Some joints can also be fused.  If it is a generalized problem you first need to identify what the arthritis is: rheumatoid, osteoarthritis etc.  If osteoarthritis, weight control, smoking cessation &exercise are important

Shoe gear: It's still early and there is some clinical data to support decline in clinical pain and increase in function to knee arthritic patients, however there is no cure for arthritis, only treatments to maintain it and keep it at bay.  The shoe design is meant to take pressure of areas of lower extremity and possibly low back arthritis.  Hope that helps.

Get diagnosis: It is essential to get diagnosis, so as to do no damage.  If osteoarthritis, certain brands of glucosamine may help.  However, if no improvement with such "natural cures" in a month, there is no reason to spend any more money on them.
