Breathe: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and reduce tension in your shoulders.

No methadone x 2 ds: Whether or not you'll be able to feel effects of 5mg Percocet depends on whether you were tapered from methadone, or just stopped, your prior dose, whether or not you are currently withdrawing, &amp; ur metabolism, amongst other things. In all likelihood, effects will be minimal. More importantly, it sounds like the best thing you could do is get back on methadone &amp; avoid relapse. Call ur doc!

Iffy: There have been several studies on the effects of garcinia cambogia.  Some have suggested that it is an effective weight loss supplement.  Others have found no benefit to the extract.  It is though to act as an appetite suppressant.  I am not aware of any explicit dangers, but I do suggest speaking with your doctor before starting any weight loss regimen.
