Difficult to: evaluate without the images or clinical details, but this type of finding is sometimes seen with ovarian torsion.  Are you in acute pain?  What did they tell you about the results?  This condition is usually emergent and requires prompt evaluation/treatment. If you are in pain, call your doctor.

Yes.: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is diagnosed in women whose ovaries have large cysts (it sounds like yours do), hirsuitism (extra growth of dark hair), and facial acne. Not all women with PCOS have abnormal periods.

2 missed periods. had transvaginal ultrasound done it was normal but showed multiple peripheral follicles on my ovaries. blood tests for lh and fsh hormones are also normal. doctor said i dont have pcos, but what is this ?

: Actually would have to say it sounds like PCOS,  to make that diagnosis,  relative excess androgens,  irregular ovulation, and by sono criteria, a chain of pearls,  (numerous small ovarian cysts).

Migraine: The most likely cause for this symptoms is occipital migraine which causes a greying out of the vision the the corresponding peripheral 1/2 of vision of each eye with surrounding flashing lights lasting up to 2 hours and leaving with no trace.  Persistent flashing in one eye only especially with lowered vision and floaters might be a retinal detachment and needs ophthalmological evaluation soon.

Possibly: Intensity of the pulses are graded on a scale of 0 to 4 +:0 indicating no palpable pulse; 1 + indicating a faint, but detectable pulse; 2 + suggesting a slightly more diminished pulse than normal; 3 + is a normal pulse; and 4 + indicating a bounding pulse. A bounding pulse may indicate excitement, palpitations, or heart irregularities. Get checked if you have bounding pulses.
