Cholinergic  urticar: The size  of these hives  suggests cholinergic  urticaria. This  type of hive  usually occurs  with heat, exercise. You should ask your physicians to have  you see an allergist and/or dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Damn hives: Chronic hives, longer than 6 weeks duration, are usually idiopathic. Chemicals on the skin, cosmetics,  usually are not the cause of hives. If oral antihistamines don't control see a board certified allergist for evaluation and treatment.

Hives do not turn into acne.  Acne can be caused by stress, diet, genetics, hormones, oral medications, and topical preparations.

Antihistamines like benedryl or Claritin (loratadine) are helpful.

Could be: avoid heat if you can, try a non-sedating OTC antihistaminic, take it at night though, might still cause sedation, or don't drive or operate machinery for the first  doses till you make sure it is non-sedating, if that doesn't work see an allergist, good luck

? Amoxicillin allerg: Most important is stopping the offending drug, and reporting this to the prescribing doctor, zyrtec (cetirizine) can be taken to control symptoms of allergies and avert complications, for how long , still depends on clinical evaluation, kindly see your doctor
