If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test . A test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have been) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a negative result may be due to testing too early such as less than 2 weeks after conception.

Refrain from alcohol and cigarettes until you know for sure.

What age did you first start your menstrual cycle ? If recent, Sometimes it can take 1-2 years before your period becomes regular. Having cyclic bleeding for the last few years suggests you were menstruating. Given your history, it is highly unlikely you are pregnant.
