Not a complete cover: The hymen usually does not completely cover the vaginal opening, allowing menstrual blood to escape.  Some virginal women don't have any hymen at all.  Surgery is sometimes needed if the hymen covers the opening all the way because the menstrual blood backs up and causes terrible pain.  Fortunately this is rare.  Best wishes!

Depends: The  color  may  vary and  change  as you go through life.  It  is  not uncommon to  have brownish  spotting right before or after you the begins or ends.

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Terminology: do you mean cycle as in , days of menstruation , or days of full female cycle. 
Dark blood during a reg period is ok. Dark blood thru full cycle needs to be evaluated promptly.

Altered blood: Altered blood in menstrual bleed is usually brown. You probably are bleeding less now than you did before getting the implant. It is not abnormal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

No. see MD: Menstrual blood is uterine/vaginal. Rectal blood is something and somewhere else. At your age, likely hemorrhoidal. Bowel habit can change with menstruall cycle. See md.

i have a soft lump in my anus and keeps bleeding over a day. when i wipe the lump i see bright and fresh blood each time. is it normal that the bleeding won't stop that period of time? (38/m)?

: If the lump is soft &amp; nontender, an external hemorrhoid would be likely. If it was thrombosed, it would be painful and tender. I recommend being evaluated by a proctologist or a colorectal surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.

Hemorrhoid?: Hemorrhoid and anal fissure are common reasons for anorectal bleeding. Have your md evaluate it for proper diagnosis.

Iron &amp; vitamins : Clots indicate excessive blood loss. You should take iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. Your doctor can prescribe birth control pills that can limit your period to once a year.
