No magic...: There's no reliable way to do this with creams, pills, hormones, or other magic.  The only methods that work are augmentation with implants or with fat grafting.

Needs evaluation: This could be a serious problem and needs to be evaluated soon. I am sorry about the insurance problem. I have a couple of suggestions. Apply for Obamacare. If it is too expensive, apply for Medicaid. Another alternative is to go to a free or low-income clinic. Finally, sometimes a mammogram is not too expensive. Look on the internet for a breast screening facility.

Breast size.: The breast is made up of glands and mostly fat. Implants and fat grafting are the two ways to increase the size of your breast. Fat grafting is somewhat limited in the size that you can achieve with grafting. You also need to have adequate fat stores to use in the augmentation.

Usually very little: The goal of breast surgery is tumor removal w/clear margins. The "art" of this operation involves removing just enough tissue:  too much and you lose the aesthetic benefit of breast conservation; too little necessitates a 2nd operation (re-excision lump-x), likewise worsening the aesthetic result. Oncoplastic surgery incorporates plastic surgical techniques to achieve the best result.

Yes: A change in the size, shape, pigmentation, ulceration, bleeding etc in a mole warrants immediate consultation with your doctor for a proper diagnosis especially to exclude malignant melanoma.  See your doctor asap, good luck!

Best to see doc.: New lumps in breast that are enlarging and not cyclic probably need evaluation by a provider.  Low likelihood of this being serious at age 25, but consequences of missing a breast cancer at that age are very high.

: No creams or exercises will enlarge the breasts, underlying muscles could enlarge with exercise, but not the breast tissue.

Few options: At 18 years old, the chance of breast cancer is very low but not impossible. 

The more likely things would be a fibroadenoma or breast cyst. These are both benign.

Also, it may not be part of your breast at all. It could be a lymph node or a cyst in the tissue that covers your ribs. 

Any time you find an abnormality, it is stressful. Hopefully your doctor can put your mind at ease.

Usually smaller: If uncomplicated and only removal (no lift) the incision to remove implants may be even smaller.
