Stomach issues: You don't mention if you smoke or drink, and or if you are taking any medications. Also, are you eating mostly fried fatty food? .All these can worsen your symptoms. If your symptoms are not resolved in a day or two, you need to go see your doctor.

i took 400mg (2) advil 7 hours ago and now have nausea. i took pepto to feel better. is that ok? i'm pretty sensitive to medication?

Yes: There are meds which help irritable bowel syndrome. The ones you listed help the diarrhea but do not address the underlying cause.

does zantac (ranitidine) 300mg and pantoloc 40mg help treat moderate h pylori infection? also does pepto bismol interfere with these medications?

If you have: confirmed H Pylori infection then you will need a course multiple antibiotics taken concurrently ( same time). Zantac (ranitidine) and Pantoprazole alone will help with symptoms but not eradicate the bacteria.

Prevacid, (lansoprazole) Prelosec.: Have very small meals. Watch what you eat. You can take Prevacid (lansoprazole) or prelosec otc as needed.

: You don't describe your symptoms. Did the endoscopy show inflammation of the stomach lining?  If so when was it performed? If it was months ago should it be repeated?  Are you taking the PPI in the morning before eating so as to prevent acid secretion by your stomach? Are you on maximal dose?  Do you feel stressed?  Do you take NSAID' s like advil or aleve?  Should you seek a second opinion?

Call: Call the poison control centre in your area and review her ingestion with them. Have the bottle, the time and approximate amount ingested and her weight. If they know those answers, they can give the proper advice. All the best.

Yes: It is OK to take pepto and immodium together. The immodium if taken first, might slow down the transit of pepto throughout your system. If the cause of your symptoms are related to diarrhea, it might be a good idea to stay hydrated, and let it flush through the system, if it persists see your doctor.
