Penuma: The sleeve was developed and has been used since 2004. The device has been successful and maintains the length while it is in.  Complications can happen with any device of this nature, but no more than other  implants.

Questionable: The puma method is a series of habituation exercises  developed by dr. Sam puma.  Other than his own website and a few others linking to it, i couldn't find anything.  To the best of my knowledge, he has not published anything about the technique in the medical literature.

Chronic bronchial se: For how long the cold lasted? one, four weeks? did you spit blood? Did you take antibiotics? which one, for how long , did it help?
Noe for how long you have white secretions ? are in the morning or throughout the day. Have you had a chest X ray/ or  an MRI?
You require CXR, MRI, culture and sensitivity of the secretions, a bronchoscopy. You should see a pulmonologist.,

Accepted Answer

Yes but why?: Pentacel (penta =five components=diptheria, hep b, hib, pertussis, and polio) in a single vaccine injection. It is often used for/recommended vaccine for pediatric vaccination series. Often adult had had some of these already as a child, thus not needing all 5 components, especially hib. So, can it be given to an adult? Yes, but often not needed. Consult doc. Good luck.
