Probably normal: Penis is naturally much more pigmented than skin elsewhere.

You're fine: All men have darker pigment on their genitals than elsewhere. Who says it's ugly? And if you're a competent, thoughtful, educated, skillful lover who makes your partner feel appreciated, talks to her, finds out what she likes best, and uses you entire body to give her satisfaction -- who cares? Trusting you don't have body dysmorphic disorder -- read up on it if i haven't convinced you.

i think i chaffed my skin on my penis , there's a darker patch on it. how can i heal it ?

Chaffed penis skin: I would recommend a small amount of A and D ointment - available in the drugstore without a prescription.   That will help heal it.    You could also use a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment or vaseline.    I would NOT use hydrocortisone cream.   of course I would refrain from whatever activity caused the chaffing in the first place.

Penis color: There are normal color variations throughout the body.  Please see your doctor to make sure all is well and then try to choose a goal of being comfortable w/your skin color throughout your body.  Being neat, clean, and and person who treats others the way he/she would like to be treated is far more attractive than penis color.  Peace and good health.

Hyperpigmentation: Some areas of the skin respond to circulating hormones with darkening of the skin.  Genital skin is one of those.  It is normal.

It may be ok :  This may be best discussed with a urologist. The dermatologist but also clarify. Pigmentation can occur for variety reasons, and just because occurs does not mean it's a bad thing
