Yes: Topical antibiotic is safe to use on external skin. The penis is external, as long as you do not let the topican enter the internal mucous membrane.

: Staph are quite sensitive to application of hydrogen peroxide. Their cells absorb it and it ruptures/kills them. Try frequent local applications &amp; see if that helps. The hydrogen peroxide breaks down to water after use. It might sting a little but should not damage your tissue.

Rocephin (ceftriaxone) or tetracyc: You need to be checked out for drug resistant gonorrhea or chlamydia infection.  The gonorrhea would be treated with intrramuscular rocephin(ceftriaxone).  Chlymidia would be treated with tetracycline or doxycycline.

i'm experiencing serious vibrations in my penis for some days now, ive taken antibiotics but nothing. i've treated uti before, i don't know if it's back again. can anyone help?

Penile symptoms: Hard to understand what "vibrations" means. If no painful urination, discharge, or penile blisters or sores, probably this isn't serious. It doesn't sound at all like a UTI. But see a doctor if it continues or you otherwise remain concerned.

: If a herpes lesion doesn't go beyond a red bump, it could clear in 2-3 days, but probably not in just a day. Once it has developed to the blister or open sore stage, it can't heal sooner than 10 days, maybe sometimes as soon as a week but not faster.

: I would not use triple antibiotic oinmnet on the penis. In general, it can cause allergic reactions. It Is only used for infections. See a doctor

Likely okay: Keep the area clean. Apply the cream 2-3x/d as needed &amp; minimize penile use (just pee) &amp; this should heal easily in a week or so. Get in for an evaluation if the area seems to become red/swollen/painful.

Need more details: Did it happen after a sexual encounter? Are there any sores or ulcers? Herpes infection is a possibility
