UR not pregnant: Vagina is inside the body. It is impossible to rub on the vagina without penetrating unless you have a vaginal prolapse which U would have reported. Young women often miss  periods if they don't ovulate. Periods can be missed in times of stress &amp; when starting a new job or relocating. For safety sake please make any partner use a condom if you wish to avoid pregnancy.

Yes: Yes, and yes! sometimes there are stds in the secretions that come out prior to ejaculation(along with an occasional sperm!) and also if the penis has an std that he might not be aware of on the outside of the penis he can still shed it and give it away during close encounters. So both stds and less commonly but still possible, pregnancy are possible without actual penetration. Practice safe sex.

Try lubricant: Using lubricant (ky jelly, etc) is helpful. If you are able to use tampons without difficulty, most likely there is no anatomical problem. There is no way or reason to "loosen up the vagina".
