Rolled up skin...: at the corona of the glans.  Well it depends if you are circumcised or note  Is it foreskin?

If it hurts or has not been there for the first 45y of life, then I would suggest an evaluation by your local urologist.

hello, noticed recently that a side of the corona of glans of my uncircumcised penis changed to like a dark a purple and each time i pull the penis back to clean its more stickier in that side. dont feel any pain though. what might this be?

Leave it alone: Scratching the bumps will cause pain and possibly scarring. They can also get infected.

Odd: How long have these "white bumps" been on your penis? Why do they bother you? You've apparently done some research of your own to have come up with "pearly penile papules." Are you trying to "pop them" simply because you don't want them there? If it is PPP, they have no clinical significance, and you should leave them alone. The surgeon MIGHT cause more problems than you are hoping he'll solve.

Benign penile lesion: This is a benign condition commonly seen in circumcised individuals.  You do not need to worry about it.

All sounds normal: At 18, probably your genital skin is naturally maturing. That often includes prominent natural skin structures:  hair folllicles, sweat glands, and sebaceous glands (also called fordyce spots) all become more prominent with sexual maturity. Pearly penile papules also can show up -- they're normal too.  "Growths" under tougue may be papillae near salivary gland ducts. See doctor if remain concerned

Need to see doctor: You have likely torn penile frenulum ; will benefit from division of frenulum. This can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. Unless blood is coming out of urethral meatus, in which case best to see a urologist.

Dry skin: Treat with topical moisturizer and emollient like you would skin on any other area of skin.
If this is from skin allergy, you may also try topical 1% Hydrocortisone cream.
