Medication/surger: Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) is one medication available for phronies disease in addition to surgery. Check with your urologist

Inflammation: priapism often/usually changes the dynamics of blood flow. The veins can become distended. There can be inflammation that brings blood in, and/or blocks the flow of blood outward.
Needs to be followed up on pretty much immediately

NO: Priapism is an exceptionally prolonged,often painful erection. Psychological factors such as anxiety, stress, depression, anger, frustration, etc will cause quite the opposite effect: penis reteats or retracts.

Pinched nerve:  youinjured, and possibly mildly damaged a nerve in your penis involved in sensation. This usually does go away, and should.

Question?: First- how many Cialis tablets did you take? Second- priapism refers to a painful, sustained erection and if in fact, it lasted for 5 days (??)-you would no longer have a penis. The numbness requires examination and certainly abstaining sexually for at least 10 days. ....( sure you can!) I suggest a urology consultation.
