Bacterial overgrowth: Recommend evaluation for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.  Other considerations include food allergy / hypersensitivity, celiac disease, ibs, dyspepsia, gastroparesis, biliary dyskinesia.  See a gastroenterologist.

when i'm laying on my back i feel a hard mass on my pelvic area, bigger on the right side. doesn't hurt at all but makes me look and feel bloated???

This needs: to be evaluated by your Primary Care Physician as soon as practicable... "HARD" masses are never "NORMAL"

Hormonal Suppression: If these symptoms are always happening during ovulation (mid-cycle), it may be worth considering hormonal control and the prevention of ovulation using oral contraceptive/birth control pills continuously (skipping periods and only using active pills). Bloating tends to occur from the release of Progesterone that occurs when you ovulate.

Not necessarily.: Classic pregnancy sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Take pregnancy test to know.

29yrs old having pain just above my left hip. feels bloated. like i don't wanna lean in that direction. also in the crease between my pelvis and left?

Bursitis, Arthritis: If i understand correctly, you have lateral hip pain and groin pain both.  Lateral hip pain can be trochanteric bursitis.  Groin pain is most classically hip arthritis or a labral tear.  You can have both if you alter the way you walk because of the arthritis or a labral tear.  Also, another possibility would be femoroacetabular impingement.  Because of your age, arthritis is less likely.

removed an endometrioma 2 month ago. i now started having pelvic pain with bloating on the washout week of pill. worried about reccurance. is this ok?

Complex: The fact that you've had an endometrioma means, of course, that you have endometriosis, a complex pain syndrome of the pelvic organs.  I'm sorry you're going through this.  It's normal to have bloating on washout week, but not, necessarily, pain.  It's possible that scar tissue and not another cyst is cause of pain. Make appt with doctor to have a discussion and exam about treatment options.

Bloating: sounds like you are bloated maybe the choice of bread that you asked for sounds like you have an allergy to some ingredient in your sandwich

Possibly pregnant: Obtain a home pregnancy test.  They turn positive at about the time you'd be ready to start your next expected period. If negative, repeat in 1 week and call your doctor.

Gynecologist: Pelvic congestion or some degree of inflammation may be responsible for these symptoms. I recommend an evaluation by a gynecologist.

Yes: Bloating is a very nonspecific symptom that can occur as a result of any dysfunction in the abdomen. It is mainly due to bowel distension and can be caused by increased progestational activity which causes bowel slowing.
