Erection: During erection urine cannot enter the urethra preventing urination while the erection is present.  This prevents urinating during sex. An exception is with some men who had their prostate removed for cancer of the prostate.

Further work up : You should see your doctor and get checked ou to make you do not have an infection or something else going on.  If you were not urinating in the bed and all of the sudden in the last started doing it there may be something wrong.

You : You will need a complete work up of this problem. Believe it or not, this could be a sign of diabetes. Other common causes are urinary tract infections, prostate issues (in males), bladder problems, complications of a vaginal delivery, etc. The list is very extensive. For that reason please visit your doctor for a thorough evaluation. In the meantime avoid drinking anything at least 2 hours before going to bed.

Doctor can evaluate: Urinary tract infection may be causing the weight bed-wetting, if he was previously dry at night. His pediatrician can evaluate and help. Urine testing is usually done, along with an in-person exam. If there is a urinary infection, more studies may be done to look for the cause of the urinary infection.

Here are some ...: Depsite 31, any documented blood in urine  - visible or invisible - should be evaluated with imaging studies for kidneys / ureters &amp; cystoscopy for bladder &amp; urethra, especially at NO UTI. Peliv &amp; genital pains and bedwetting may be related but not with blood in urine   except having severe bladder stone or bladder tumor. So, follow with a Uro-doc to plan how to assess &amp; care for your concerns.

UTI...need to check : Uti (i.e. Urinary tract infection) is highly probable and can be easily checked for by your primary physician. Urinalysis +/- culture makes the diagnosis.
