Decrease fluids: Try decreasing the amount of fluids you drink late in the evening to see if that helps. You can also limit the amount of caffeine you consume as it is a diuretic. If you still have problems with frequent urination, go see your doctor so they can get more history and perform some tests on your urine and blood.

Infection or polyuri: Urinary frequency can be a sign of urinary infection or polyuria which is a sign of unconpensated diabetes , i would suggest a simple uryanalysis can solve this question cheap yet accurate , morning sample is the best , more concentrated.

Polyuria, peeing alot, may also be a sign of too much blood sugar. See a doctor if you are also very thirsty.
