Maybe sweet urine?: The odor and color urine can change from day to day depending on the type and amount of foods and fluid you consume. Urinary tract infections do that as well, but often with burning/urgency etc... Diabetes mellitus (sweet urine) is named because the scientist tasted the urine of diabetic finding the sweet taste back in 6th century. I would recommend getting your urine checked. Good luck.

Ultra-filtrate : Your urine is an ultra-filtrate of your blood.  If you urine has a chemical smell or smells like penicillin it is because your kidneys are removing that chemical from your blood and releasing it into your urine.  In wwii we didn't have enough penicillin and we would use the penicillin released in the urine of one patient to treat the next patient, .

Do not ignore it: Do not ignore these symptoms. They could be related to a urinary tract infection which can be simply treated with an antibiotic. See your doctor and get a urine analysis test.
