i had a colonoscopy about 3 years ago. before my bowls ran like clock work no problem. since then it's like a cow patty no foam very messy (not diarra exactly) everything blasts out at once i can control itbtw colonoscopy was clear no problems?

: You may just need to rebuild your regular bowel function after the "washout" required by the procedure to evaluate the intestinal walls. Consumption of bananas, apples rice and breads can slow &amp; bulk up your system. It's worth a try.

Peppermint Patties: There is sugar and other additives in candy such as Peppermint Patties.  You are better off drinking some peppermint tea or ginger tea.  Always consult your doctor if you have chronic or severe GI symptoms.

Nutrition & exercise: If you're actually fat (check your body mass index (bmi) as a start: www.http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/), whether overweight or obese, nutrition & exercise are key to getting healthy. But that may or may not have anything to do w/pain in upper part of your stomach. Heartburn? Ulcer? Pancreatitis? Gallstones? Go back & ask for more thorough evaluation. Perhaps underactive thyroid is why you've gained.

At odds: Your low carb diet is, by definition, a high fat diet. Morning star is vegetarian, by definition low fat.  You must make a choice: low fat or low carb. You can't do both at the same time.  (i favor vegetarian, but you didn't ask!).

accidentally taking too much magnesium 2000-3000mg for colon cleanse, bowel movements are stringy and urgent or in large patties? some are long and thin but multiple. would that be normal with too much magnesium?

: The maximum dose of magnesium is thought to be 2000 mgs.  More than that can cause excessive diarrhea with substantial fluid loss,dehydration and, if you have kidney function issues, serious consequences such as confusion,other neurological and cardiac rhythm disturbances. Notify your physician and get instructions or call the poison center to get advice.

Cornish Pasties: Pies with vegetables ; meat have been tested for presence of hoarse meat, and as far as i know, the beef pies were cleared. It is one of my favorites when i visit gb, as long as they are fresh ; not left out  in the heat for long.
