Yes , but: Yes the ultrasound can be misread - but more likely the cause for your pain was not evident on the ultrasound.  Many women with endometriosis have pelvic pain, sometimes severe, and most often an ultrasound would appear "unremarkable".

my pain dr wants me to see a psych who believes in  'mind over matter' instead of meds for my pn. i don't know that i believe in this. your thoughts?

Not sure what U mean: Chronic pain generally involves mental, physical, and emotional symptoms -- some would say spiritual too.  Meds can help manage symptoms, but if you're not enlisting the greatest healing power you have (your mind and your own innate restorative system) you're severely limiting your own progress. I suggest working with both doctors, and practicing suggested mind-body methods, etc as these can help.

i have a knot in my head and if it pressed pn or layed on it hurts also two more knots are in my head and they only hurt when touch or pressed or air.?

Sebaceous cysts: Mutiple lesions on the scalp are most probably sebaceous cysts which can be multiple on the scalp. These are easily removed with a minor office procedure.

Peripheral Neuropath: Unlikely. This causes death to the axon fibers of the nerve and this can be a long recovery process. It can take up to 24 months for recovery but unfortunately it may not fully recover depending on the extent of initial nerve damage.

Go to doctor: Black (widow) spider bites can be quite painful and serious. Treat with first aid such as washing area carefully, using a cool compress at the site of the bite and seeking medical attention as anti-venom may be needed. If a different spider bit you other medications may be used. Each type of spider has different treatments, a local doctor can help you.

Some approaches: Either OTC meclizine or dramamine (dimenhydrinate) might help, but both cause drowsiness.  A scopolamine patch has been helpful in some.   There are bracelet-like devices with buttons that press on wrists, which many swear to.

Fuzzy Question: Patients need to tell us what, where, when, why, how, who, etc.  When did problem start, is constant, what type pain, does pain radiate, what diagnosis from other doctor, does activity incite symptom, does lying down or food worsen, what body part affected, any injuries, etc.  Doctors need clues to increase guessability.

Neuropathy : Peripheral neuropathy should be treated and examined by a specialist in Neurology. Please get a full history and physical exam ASAP to determine what is causing your symptoms. Good luck.
