: If u are going to have gall bladder surgery you might need during after surgery but not related to gall bladder. Those stones don’t get to the kidney.

NO: Some of the complications result of gall stones could be , like bilirubin , alkaline phosphate  .They are also elevated in other diseases , simple sonogram will show gall stones.

ANS: you will not likely know and they will not likely go away with meds. Turbid means different things to different observers and looking at urine would be better. But  likely means you are dehydrated. Ask your Dr there.

Gallstones: Can pass in the stool but they don't pass in the urine. The gallbladder connects to the small bowel via the cystic/common hepatic ducts. Stones can pass into the small bowel and then into the colon and, as such, pass in the stool. Kidney stones pass via the ureters and bladder and have no communication with the bowel.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the leukocyte count is higher, than normal and may suggest infection. Yes and no: Ct is fairly good at evaluating the gallbladder for stones or infection/inflammation. It is poor at evaluating the stomach for ulcers. This typically requires an upper endoscopy.

Abdominal pain: Some younger men have a tight opening of the bladder (called the bladder neck) which causes difficulty or pain while passing urine. Other possibilities here could include a kidney stone or kidney infection. I would recommend that you see a urologist for a thorough evaluation.

It can be.: This can be a bit of a misnomer since gallstones usually cause pain by blocking the opening of the gallbladder rather than being 'passed', like kidney stones.  Occasionally, a small stone may exit the gallbladder and get stuck into the (common) bile duct where it can then 'pass' into the intestine.  Either way, it is the obstruction that causes the pain.
