Eventually, as more nerve cells are lost, then medications such as Dopamine agonists will be required to reduce the symptoms.

Not the case: Parkinson's medicines have no effect on urinary or bladder infections, but pts with parkinson's may have higher risks for infection secondary to the disease itself. If the bacteria are susceptible to cipro, (ciprofloxacin) might be a good choice.
