Pinched nerve: A pinched or irritated nerve is most likely. There can be other causes, including poor circulation. See your doctor if persists or worsens.

Sciatica: This could be due to a lumbar radiculopathy or sciatica. You could rest, avoid heavy lifting and use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. I suggest you check with our physician as well to determine if there is a need for diagnositc studies like MRI and nerve conduction studies with electromyography. Hope you feel well soon.

Nerve: Sounds like a possible nerve  entrapment.  Would get x-ray to make sure there is no bone pathology.  Mri would be prudent.

: Bat bites typically appear as two small puncture wounds, approximately one centimeter apart depending on the specie of bat. Incubation period of rabies can be weeks to months but local paresthesia (the leg in your case) is not one of the early symptoms. Furthermore, your last vaccination was 7 years ago so you are still somewhat protected if you truly got a bite with a sick bat.

i have disc hernation @ t7-t8 with flattening of the left ventricle spinal cord, disc protrusions and spondylolisthesis from l4-s1 resulting in bi lateral stenosis but more on left.  paresthesias on left leg and tingling in hot weather why normal emg?

The EMG/NCS: test is a very unreliable (and UNCOMFORTABLE) diagnostic test in the diagnosis of lower extremity symptoms due to spinal cord/disc abnormalities.
It can be normal when imaging shows herniated discs!!

Doubtful: Oral sex, unless the mouth was infected and you had some open sores, would be rare to get HSV-2 infection transmitted this way.  See doc for eval if this continues.

Abnormal feeling: Paresthesia is an abnormal sensation usually numbness, tingling or burning often felt in arms or legs.  It can be temporary, such as your foot "falling asleep" from sitting on it, or permanent from nerve damage.  It can also be from vitamin deficiencies or  vitamin b6 excess (100+ mg/ day for a long time).  Deficiencies are correctable, b6 overdose is not.  If it persists, see your doctor soon.
