Exercise, eat, sleep: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do for a 16-year-old  to increase height beyond its natural destiny.

Depends on variables: Your predicted genetic height is half your parents combined height less 2.5 inches. Most 16 yo girls who entered puberty at a normal time are near the end of their growth. A single x-ray of your wrist and hand could detect open growth centers that would permit more growth, but unless your bone maturity is at a 12 year old level i wouldn't expect 4 more inches.

Typically : Typically young women stop growing after puberty ends and before they reach their 20's. There is a slight chance your height may increase, however likely not 2-3 inches. Only time will tell. 5'7 is a fantastic height, embrace it!

If either or both parents have genetic material on board from their families that should have made them taller, there is some chance that a taller child could be produced. Unlikely : If you entered puberty the same time as your friends ; your bone maturity is 18 yo or older there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity.If bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches.Medicines won't help if the growth centers are closed/finished.

Depends: If the parents growth was kept  from reaching its potential from nutritional or medical problems it would be more likely that their kids could be taller than predicted by their height. In most normal settings a kid will reach the average height of both parents plus 2.5" if male and less 2.5" if female. Odds are undefined-too many variables.
