Parasites: There are very few that are macroscopic (seen without a microscope), and many are diagnosed by the presence of their eggs. Sometimes ascaris and tapeworms can be seen with the naked eye. The first looks like a very large worm and the tapeworm segments look like short white cubes.

Stool exam: People always has some concerns about parasites or worm passing in stool , this is happen when person travel back from developing country . Most important to make diagnosis is by stool exam for ova and parasites. This will confirm diagnosis and alleviate your anxiety

Weightloss: Unexplained weightloss is always suspicious for malignancy and lymphoma in your age group would not be unusual. What do you mean "blood work was fine"? what were you tested for?

i have a high white (+++) and red (++++) blood cell count but no infection, cysts, ova or parasites was found in my stool. no salmonella, shigella etc?

Insufficient info: There's no way to know what your medical issue is or what cell count test you are referencing. We can assume you have diarrhea since you had a stool study. Are the high white and red counts in your blood, urine or stool?  Results  like +++ are usually from a screening dipstick, most likely a urine test. Write back and specify why you went to the doctor in the first place and what tests they did.

my 2 mos. old daughter has diarrhea for 12 days now and she's loosing weight too. wbc is 15.40 and there's no parasite found in her stool.

More tests: Diarrhea usually goes away on its own within 48 hours without medication. Persistent diarrhea for 2 weeks is considered chronic. The elevated white count is indicative of a bacterial infection. If one stool culture was negative, it should be repeated. Maybe it's time to consult a GI  or infectious disease specialist to investigate all possibilities.

Probably not: It sounds like mucous more than that. Take some of that string and bring it to a doctor to see.

Foamy stools: Just  from this question, it is difficult to know what you mean by foamy stools. Are you having mucus on the outside of your stooIs? Is the entire stool foamy? I doubt that a parasite is likely to be your issue, but it is difficult to know just from this question. I would suggest if this has been going on for more than a few days to alert your parents and go to see your doctor. Good luck.
