Usually not serious: The whites of your eyes is a thin skin covering the eyeball and can heal quickly on its own.  Small blood vessels in the conjunctiva can leak if it is cut, but the body can absorb it.  If you have pain or blurred vision see your  eye doctor.

i've developed small paper cut like wounds on my palm side of my right hand, they hurt & a couple of them are bleeding. my hands aren't dry at all. ?

Liquid bandage: One of the best things to use to get small cuts like this to stop hurting immediately is a liquid bandage. There are several brands, one is called NuSkin. It stings when you put it on but it stops soon and then it seals them off and stops the pain. Make sure to was you skin with warm water and soap well before applying and make sure the skin is dried completely before applying.

Hepatitis C: Hepatitis c takes more contact to transmit- contact with the blood of a person with hep c infection in contact with your blood puts you at greatest risk for hep c  infection. Hepatitis c infection can be treated with a combination of antiviral medications.  More effective protocols are being used to clear infection. Yes: The normal healing process involves an inflammatory phase which most often manifests as redness and slight swelling in the first few days. For skin cuts, burns, abrasions, etc. , if you are keeping the injured area clean, the redness and swelling should reduce significantly or resolve within a few days. If it does not reduce or is obviously worsened, there may be infection requiring medical help.

help please! i have a vaginal yeast infection after antibiotics. i have itched so much that i cut myself between the 2 areas & it is bleeding & hurts. i noticed the bleeding after i wiped my behind. it looks like a paper cut. what can i do?

Aquaphor: You can apply Aquaphor ointment(a healing ointment)often during the day.That should help with healing and relieve some pain.Be cautious when wiping after a bowel movement so the bacteria from the stool doesn’t get into the cut(s). The ointment will also help with that.Please see your doctor if it is not healing,pain is worse,or there is pus forming (possible infection).Also try not touching much.

Wear gloves?!: No, seriously, while most paper cuts are definitely annoying, rarely do these become infected or complicated wounds. Keeping a moist bandage with aquaphor healing ointment oftentimes helps. A newer wrinkle, worth the try, is to cover the cut with the new clear flexible dressing--painted on like fingernail polish--also know as "skin glue".
