This is essential info to help your doctor choose the optimal treatment for you in the context of your preferences. Many treatment options exist: watchful waiting; medications; hystero/laparoscopic myomectomy; Uterine fibroid embolization; focused US.

child has jia in knees proven by mri. now tops of feet hurt but ultra sound said it was ok.  how accurate is ultra sound snd could she still have it?

i have 2.5 cm x 2.1 cm liver solid mass detected in segment 6 of right lobe via ultra sound. mri is to be done next. i feel little discomfort under right rib area effected by movement. could it be due to liver or i may have some other muscle issue?

: If the mass in section 6, even small, is approximate the liver surface, it can distend the liver capsule and causes discomfort. You may be able to make the distinction by moving your chest wall muscle and ribs by moving the right shoulder back and forth. If pain exacerbates a lot, pain is likely of musculoskeletal origin. However, you should not worry much, wait for MRI to be done.

hi, i have a pain under the left back side of my love handle,it is painful to touch. i got my superficial ultrasound done about 10 months ago and the dr said it is a lipoma, it was 9*21mm at that time but now it is hurting more. please advice?

: Lipoma is usually not causing pain but at times, it may do that because of the location. You should see your doctor and have it removed with local anesthetic. Good luck.

had appendectomy 3 weeks ago. now having upper outer thigh pain. two painful lumps. ultrasound was done. doc said lipoma. is sudden pain a symptom?

Here are some...: Which thigh do you have pain? How has it begun, evolved thus far? In a clinical profile 3 weeks after appendectomy, it is still reasonable to consider if such pain is procedure- or disease-related. Seeing lipoma in groins on ultrasound is common. So, ask and work withe the surgeon for individual detail timely.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

MRI vs ultra sound: Define what you mean by safe? Both use energy to try to see what is going on. In general US is much safe but much less good at seeing things.

Paralysis: A paralyzed hemi-diaphragm is usually caused by injury:  previous surgery or trauma.   It doesn't usually get better. Luckily, you can get by just fine with one half of your diaphragm so forget it and move on.
