Many possibilities: Infection, inflammation, irritation, foreign body, dry eyes and more.  You will need to see an ophthalmologist to determine what's going on.

my conjunctiva keeps on changing it's colour. my conjunctiva sometimes is pale then its pink then red. why is it? should i be worried? please answer.

Probably not: Pale  only if you are anemic
pink  only if it itches then allergy
red  may be a small hemorrhage
pain and loss of vision would indicate something more serious.

Pale from stress: Most common cause of pallor is high adrenaline levels, not actually anemia. Adrenaline constricts small blood vessels, making less blood in capillaries and therefore less redness, i.e., pallor. Stress causes high adrenaline, and sleep loss is terribly stressful. Figure out why the sleep is a problem and you will be home free!

i have a flat (its not rasied) pale yellow/white circle with a grey spot in it's center center growing on my sclera. i can see my conjunctiva move when i rub my eye and can tell that the spot is underneath it. should i have it looked at?

Lesion: Not sure what you are describing, but I would have your eye doctor check it out.

No clue: I have no idea, and i'm an ophthalmologist. I suggest you get it checked out right away. It is probably something common but your description does not sound like something normal. See an ophthalmologist asap. Good luck and sorry doctors on ht couldn't be much help.

See your doctor: Have some bloodwork done to evaluate for simple things such as anemia, kidney/liver/thyroid problems. Are you sleeping?

Thin sclera: Where the sclera is thin, it appears blue from the deoxygenated blood the choroidal blood vessel layer next to the sclera.  This is normal in patients who are nearsighted.

See an ophthalmologi: It's hard to be sure exactly what you're describing, but it sounds like something that should be evaluated.  Especially if you are a contact lens wearer, i would stop wearing the lens and be seen as soon as possible.

i went to hospital for tests as i have 1 sided numbness dizziness and the consultant said i have a pale retina in 1 eye. what can this mean?

Pale retina: Please repost: Did the consultant remark that you have a pale retina while (s)he was looking in your eye? If so, did you ask him/her right then what it could mean? If so, what was the answer? If not, why not? If (s)he did not say this during the exam, where is it stated?
