Gastroenteritis?: First, vomiting or diarrhea in a two year old can quickly become serious. Sounds like your nephew is dehydrated. I would have him see his pediatrician tomorrow, especially if he has a fever higher than 101.

See a doctor!: Anemia could possibly be due to heavy menstrual bleeding. But the fact that you have swollen eyes (? Eyelids), and the fact that you continue to be pale despite ferrous gluconate indicate that you need to see a doctor for evaluation with a thorough history, examination and appropriate ordering of tests.

when i exercise pretty intensely i get a red face with pale patches on both sides of my cheeks and around my mouth/nose and some eye. whenever i get really tan i tend to get whiter pigmentation patches on my cheeks, besides im mixed, is it vitiligo?

Dermatitis: It depends on what is really going on and should be seen by a doctor. It could be contact dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, Lupus, Rosacea, and other etiologies. Each condition would be approached a little different in regards to work-up and treatment.

If  you had had good skin before and now not so, you may get that back with getting healthy--eat a healthy, balanced diet, sleep adequately, drinking plenty of fluids, and exercise regularly will help. Anemia: Have you been to your regular doctor and had an evaluation? At 18, i wonder if your menstrual cycle is regular, you are getting enough iron in your diet and if you are not simply anemic due to your avoidance of meats. Sounds like classic anemia but get it checked out and be safe first and foremost.
