If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the upper abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen that hurts also in the back may be from pancreas or gallstone problems. The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen.

Gluten: Gluten intolerance or sensitivity, lactose intolerance  and irritable bowel syndrome can cause these symptoms. Try avoiding gluten to see if symptoms improve. Bear in mind that if you're going to be tested for celiac disease you should continue to eat wheat and gluten products or else your test may be falsely negative.

The dizziness may be reactive or secondary to the stomach problem.

Need exam: Abd pain that is 3 days old and getting worse needs an exam.
this should be done today. 
As a female, this could be ovarian, colon, bladder, kidney, for example and the only was to make the DX is exam and labs.

Constipation pain: MRI of  the  spine or abdomen?  Would consider  testing for H pylori -a bacteria that can cause gastritis,  if the pain is upper abdomen, Also  consider colonoscopy to check for any colon lesions. Would also check for ovarian/uterine lesions with transvaginal ultrasound and possibly renal (kidney) issues with ultrasound or abdominal /plevic CT which could also check the pancreas. f/u/ w/ doc
