Might be muscle pain: I doubt this is cancer, but if you did not have a mammogram go to your surgeon or gynecologist to examin you and  possibly he will order a mammogram.

Cyst: You may have a cyst, not cancer.  Try some tylenol (acetaminophen) and check ur bra tightness, not much else to do unless it gets severe.

Chest pains: Sharp,shooting pains in those regions are often due to pinching of intercostal nerves or muscles which run between two ribs. Such fleeting pains are exacerbated by motions like deep breathing or coughing. Avoid exercise or activities that strain your rib cage to see whether these pains resolve. See your physician as needed.

Yes : The symptoms are not likely related to the sub chorionic hematoma, but pregnancy puts you at risk for blood clots. It may be nothing, but a pulmonary embolus can be life threatening.

Fibrocystic breasts: Fibrocystic disease/changes is very common in women.  This is most often seen during the menstrual cycle.  Breasts feel lumpy and painful which is caused by cyst formation (fluid filled areas) due to hormonal changes.  Some women may have these changes without being on their menstrual cycle.  Caffeine may cause the cysts to be overactive resulting in pain. This is not related to cancer.

Causes of breast pain can include cysts, prior surgery, trauma, medications (oral contraceptives, infertility tx, ssri's), large breast size, premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, period ; pregnancy. Your dr can help determine cause.

Breast pain can be cancer rarely, can be rib cage bone or pulled muscle, can get infections of skin, bras can irritate, and with drinking your liver can get inflamed, the right side under rib cage is also where your gallbladder is located. Many possible problems, try heat, loose clothing, and if not better see your clinic.
