Lipoma?: While its certainly hard to tell from here?
Probably the most likely source of your mass would
be a lipoma.
It could also be a little knot or muscle spasm often called a trigger point
But, if youre concerned you shoulder check it out -
most likely not anything too bad?

Be seen by a Dr.: This might be a minor issue but at our age, it's often wise to check it out and find an early cardiovascular problem early. Carotid artery blockages can present w/ similar signs (certainly not always) so have a pro look at you and do an exam. Better safe than sorry is a good way to live. Hope it's an easy fix or that you caught a problem before it caught you. Best!

See a physician: This could represent swollen lymph nodes, or benign lipomas, or could even be just your body morphology (just the way you were born).  See a physician to get it looked at for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

Not neurologic: Most probably, this is a musculoskeletal (rather than neurologic) problem in the shoulder joint or surrounding tendons (strain,  shoulder sublaxation, etc) or inflammation in the tendons, fluid collections in that area (bursa), or breast tissue, or swollen nodes . Please see your doctor for a physical exam. She may order images of the shoulder, arm, or breast area depending on the likely diagnoses.

Get evaluated: Although it would be rare for someone of your age to have heart trouble, shoulder pain is often seen with ischemia of the heart.  Also, patients with injury to the spleen can have left shoulder pain.  See you doctor and get it checked out.
