i keep experiencing painless stomach spasms. i'm told to just drink more water, but could it possibly be something more?

Painless spasms: I am not sure what you mean by painless stomach spasms. If they are painless, why are they bothersome? It may be normal stomach/intestinal persistalsis (movement) that you feel. What is the real problem that you are bothered by?

i was told long ago my stomach has spasms and given dicyclomine..once 10 mg...once 20 mg...my stomach is spasming again..is there a higher dose ?..

See a physician: Reading between the lines it would appear to me that you need more than just a dose increase. You gastroenterologist should re-evaluate  your diagnosis and whether your current treatment is appropriate.

Borborygmi: Borborygmi is the term used for bowel sounds.  These result from the normal process of solids and liquids being propelled through the intestines by squeezing.  Unless accompanied by pain, fever, or other abnormalities, they are normal and nothing to worry about. Good luck.

Most obvious!: You have eaten something causing gas. You are having no pain which is good.  If condition persist, see your doctor. Constipation is another cause for, usually benign, bloating.

Knotty stomach: I think that you might describing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.  The symptoms can be constipation, diarrhea, cramping, irregular 
bowel movements, feelings of anxiety about the problem, another problem could be diverticulosis -- discomfort bowels changes, sometimes constipation --stool in your colon can feel like a lump that moves when you have a bowel mvmt.  Please see your doc for eval.

why do i wake up with a flat stomach but as soon as i eat anything my stomach bloats and hard. it get bigger as the day goes on. i have no pain.

IBS?: You may have ibs (irritable bowel syndrome).  It is a bit difficult to dx, but seeing a well-trained dietician is very helpful, together with talking to your pcp.  I would start there, then move on if this is shown to be ruled out.  I wish you the best, this can be a real problem, but completely manageable!

my stomach is constantly making loud gurgling noises. no pain, but the noises are embarrassing. is there anything i could do to help keep things quiet?

Not abnormal: Gurgling is simply due to gases and juices within the intestine and these occur after eating and even when the stomach is empty. If there are no other associated symptoms, there is nothing to worry about. Avoiding carbonated beverages and fast foods may decrease the gurgling. Avoid swallowing excess air and don't smoke.

having painless spasm type feeling under lower left ribcage near stomach all day. won't go away tried pepto and it didn't work?

: Try local heat and otc tylenol. If not better pl see your doc. good luck
