Lump: This may be the xiphoid process-a piece of cartilage at the lower end of the sternum(breast bone). This is normal and is usually in the midline and can protrude in the upper abdomen but in your case may be slightly to the left. To be sure, you'd need to have a physician examine you,however.

May be old Fx callus: Fractures can heal with a slight prominence. Since ribs are just below the skin, this prominence or bony overgrowth is often palpable. If there is no history of trauma, the bony mass should be evaluated by your physician.

: I don't think that these varied symptoms are interrelated. Right upper abdominal discomfort may be muscular or gall bladder or liver related. Tremulous hands can be familial but are seen with anxiety &amp; hyperthyroidism. The lump &amp; abdomen would have to be examined by a physician for diagnosis&amp; advice.Appropriate tests will be ordered. Your gynecologist can advise you about your periods.

Rib evaluation. I is: If you had a previous trauma at that site like a fractured rib then it may be just a healing fracture. If there has been no trauma and you have a painful lump then this should be seen by a doctor fairly soon. Any painful growth on a bone has to be looked at and evaluated.
